09.04.2009 Nairobi. In order to give the SDB’s and FMA’s a hands-on experience of the modern media Bosco Eastern Africa Multimedia Services – BEAMS announces skills-build training in Media. The training will take place at the BEAMS studios in Nairobi from 30th April to 3rd May. Following the success of the previous year, there are requests from rest of the Salesian family and other interested groups. This year the participants will include our students from the Institute of Youth Ministry and the members of the SC group of the Salesian Parish at Upper Hill, Nairobi. Though BEAMS is focused mainly on media production, it has embarked on training of individuals recommended by the dioceses and religious families who need personnel to run their media centers. beams correspondent
